St. Clair College – Business School

Due to the fast-paced growth and success of the Business School program at St. Clair College our office was brought in to provide full Architectural and Interior Design services for an extensive 27,150 sq. ft. phased renovation.

For the project, we worked closely with St. Clair College to define, create and realize a unique design response that included new classrooms, facility offices, cafeteria, student study rooms, lounges, enhanced security and upgraded restroom facilities.

Our main concept for this renovation was to provide the College with maximum flexibility and futureproofing. In this regard each primary classroom space has been equipped with automated bi-fold wall systems that allow the professors to dictate the room size. Additionally, each space was meticulously designed to integrate enhanced AV systems which are essential in current scholastic settings.
