London Sports Group | New Indoor Sports Facility

The proposed development introduces a purpose-built 122,000 sq. ft. indoor sports facility, designed to support both high-performance athletics and community recreation. Anchored by approximately 102,000 sq. ft. of indoor turf fields and complemented by 20,000 sq. ft. of administrative and support spaces, the facility is envisioned as a dynamic hub for sport and wellness. The overall site strategy also integrates two new outdoor sports fields, reinforcing the project’s role as a comprehensive recreational destination.

Positioned along the western edge of the site, the facility establishes a strong and deliberate relationship with Adelaide Street North, contributing a defined urban frontage and enhancing the public realm. Rising to a height of 59’-0”, the building is both visually prominent and contextually responsive, offering a striking architectural presence that respects its surroundings.

The primary entrance is located at the rear of the building, oriented toward a new surface parking area and aligned with key pedestrian and vehicular circulation routes. A wide pedestrian promenade extends from the entry to Adelaide Street North, creating a clear and inviting connection to the public sidewalk while supporting accessible and intuitive wayfinding across the site.
