A ground-breaking amalgamation of diverse attractions awaits visitors, including North America’s largest indoor ropes course, a sprawling 2,325 m² (25,000 sq. ft.) trampoline park, party rooms, a children’s soft play area, golf simulators, laser tag, escape rooms, virtual reality, arcades, and a restaurant. Our design vision extended beyond the primary play areas, as we also provided meticulous attention to upgraded washrooms, change rooms, staff areas, and storage spaces.

Transforming a legacy cereal processing plant into a world-class amusement park presented us with a unique set of challenges. From the project’s outset, we encountered a landscape brimming with an intricate network of steel structures, piping, and various elements that necessitated meticulous documentation of the existing as-built condition. Harnessing the power of advanced BIM technology (Revit), our team swiftly embarked on a comprehensive 3D survey to attain a profound understanding of the facility’s existing framework. This invaluable 3D documentation process served as a pivotal asset during the initial coordination stages with our structural and MEP sub-consultants, ensuring a seamless integration of their expertise.

Furthermore, our building model played a vital role in facilitating clash detection across all sub-consultant elements. This meticulous level of detail empowered our entire team to produce construction documents with unwavering confidence, enabling us to manifest the revised floor plan layouts and building program into a tangible reality.
