735 Wonderland Road – New Pad Sites

This urban development at the intersection of Wonderland Road North and Beaverbrook Avenue reimagines the area's pedestrian character and functionality.

The buildings strategically align with the streetscape, concealing utilitarian elements such as parking areas and garbage collection. Contemporary building materials offer design flexibility for the individual units which feature dual entrances from the streetscape and internal parking lots.

The centerpiece of the public realm is the harmonious pocket park, enhancing the pedestrian experience and unifying the project’s design objectives. Sustainability measures include water-efficient landscaping, energy-efficient building systems, regionally sourced materials, low VOC materials, and renewable choices where feasible.

This urban development proposal aims to create a vibrant, functional, and sustainable environment that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding streetscape. By providing an attractive and accessible space, it becomes a testament to our commitment to community engagement and ecological responsibility.
