145-157 Central Ave

In envisioning this project, our design ethos revolves around respecting the area's essence. We pay tribute to the neighborhood's heritage by echoing the iconic 2-storey look of Central Avenue and carefully stepping the building back from the street. Every detail, from individual townhome entrances to hidden practical elements, aims to foster a sense of community while preserving the neighborhood's character.

The site design respects boundaries while creating inviting spaces for both shared and private use. Pedestrian pathways elegantly guide from sidewalks to sanctuary. Materials serve as our artistic medium, creating a contemporary expression. Entrances are strategically placed, with townhouses engaging the street and upper residences sheltered beneath an embracing structure, ensuring a seamless blend with the surroundings. The building’s shape tells a story, mirroring the area’s rhythm, gracefully ascending from a modest base to a striking apex. Contrasting materials play with light and shadow, captivating onlookers.

Sustainability isn’t an afterthought but a central theme. Water-efficient landscaping, energy-conscious systems, and locally sourced materials speak volumes about our commitment to a harmonious balance between progress and preservation.
